You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on KGSmart. By using this website you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs, with a full refund issued.

4. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS from KGSmart.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Cash on Delivery.
  • KGSmart is not liable for payment failures caused by your bank or card issuer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are governed by our Delivery Policy. KGSmart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of KGSmart or its licensors and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. User Accounts

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
