Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

KGSmart currently delivers to the following districts in Sri Lanka:

• Colombo (all zones)
• Gampaha
• Kalutara
• Kandy
• Galle
• Matara

We are continuously expanding our coverage. If your area is not listed, check back soon or contact us to register your interest.

2. Delivery Charges

* Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special handling (e.g. LPG cylinders).

3. Delivery Timeslots

We offer the following delivery windows. Select your preferred timeslot at checkout:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Orders placed before 10:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. Same-day delivery may be available for Colombo zones — look for the same-day badge on applicable products.

4. Delivery Days

We deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Deliveries are not available on Vesak Full Moon Poya Day and National Day unless otherwise announced.

5. LPG Cylinder Delivery

• Cooking gas cylinders (5 kg and 12.5 kg) are delivered by trained personnel.
• An empty cylinder of equivalent size must be available for exchange at the time of delivery.
• Cylinder deliveries are available in Colombo and Gampaha districts only.
• A delivery surcharge of LKR 100 applies for cylinder orders regardless of order value.

6. Failed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive the order, our rider will attempt contact via phone.
• After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
• Perishable items from failed deliveries cannot be resent and will not be refunded.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can also view live order status in your order history.
